Shipping Policy

1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy (Shipping Policy) applies to all purchases made on our Sites. This Shipping Policy is incorporated by reference into our Website Terms and Conditions (Terms) and any capitalised terms not defined in this Shipping Policy are defined in the Terms.

You agree to comply with all Terms when accessing or using our Services, including this Shipping Policy.


2. Delivery details

All orders will be shipped pursuant to the delivery details provided by you at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.

We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO Box addresses where supported by the selected delivery provider.

If you have provided incorrect delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will use best endeavours to update the delivery address. However, please note that we will not be liable for non-delivery or delayed parcels due to incorrect details and you may be charged a re-delivery fee if the Order needs to be re-delivered.


3. Shipping of Orders

We currently ship orders within Australia and to New Zealand.

To purchase Goods, your delivery address must be within a location serviced by our nominated delivery providers. Orders may not be processed for delivery to locations outside these serviceable areas.

All orders will be delivered within usual business hours where possible.

All Australian and New Zealand orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Your Order may be fulfilled from multiple locations at different times depending on stock availability. You will not be charged any additional delivery fees in this instance.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and you are deemed to have accepted such charges by proceeding with your Order.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and are calculated at the time an Order is placed. Shipping rates may change from time to time without notice. The shipping rate displayed and accepted at checkout applies to your Order.

International orders (including New Zealand orders) may be subject to customs duties, taxes or charges imposed by the destination country. Any such duties, taxes or charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.


4. Timeframes and delivery dates

We endeavour to process orders within 1–3 business days from the date that you place an Order. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout and or via your Order tracking email.

As a general guide:

  • Standard shipping generally takes approximately 4–7 business days within Australia

  • Express shipping generally takes approximately 1–4 business days within Australia

  • Delivery timeframes to New Zealand may vary depending on location and shipping method selected

Please note that during major sales events, peak periods or public holidays, additional processing or delivery time may be required.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any delay in arranging delivery or delayed delivery of an Order, including delays outside of our control.


5. Acceptance of delivery

Signature on delivery

In some circumstances, a signature may be required on delivery. You warrant and represent that any person at your nominated delivery address who accepts delivery of the Goods is authorised by you to do so.

If no one is available at the nominated delivery address, or if the address cannot reasonably be accessed, the delivery provider may leave a collection card with instructions for you to collect the Goods.

In these circumstances, we may charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and or storage. You agree to accept redelivery of the Goods even if they are delivered on a different date or time.

Authority to leave and contactless delivery

If you nominate your Goods to be delivered with authority to leave or leave unattended, or if contactless delivery is required due to Government guidelines or delivery provider policies, the Goods may be left at your nominated address or a safe location.

If we or the delivery provider determine that the delivery location is unsafe, we may refuse delivery and charge reasonable fees for storage and redelivery, or cancel your Order and retain any delivery fees paid.

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not responsible for Goods that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery or where an Order is marked as delivered.


6. Delivery, risk and title

Delivery of the Goods is taken to occur at the time the Goods are delivered to, or left at, your nominated delivery address by us or our nominated carrier.

Risk and title in the Goods pass to you upon delivery.


7. Lost or missing orders

If you have not received your Order within 14 days of placing your Order, please contact us at info@whizzbean.com.au.

Where applicable, we may provide you with tracking details so you can follow up directly with the delivery provider.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for lost or missing packages once an Order has been marked as delivered.
