Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items available in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations and changes apply to pre-order purchases.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or is scheduled to become available at a later date. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Full payment is required at checkout at the time the pre-order is placed

  • Your order will be processed and dispatched once the item becomes available

  • Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change

Cancellations and changes

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled or amended prior to fulfilment, subject to our discretion and provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible

If your pre-order has already been fulfilled, you may request a refund or other remedy in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Refunds for pre-orders are handled in line with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer guarantees. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
